AGENDAS & MINUTES» As required by section 311, Title 25 of the Oklahoma Statutes, notice is hereby given that the Town of Velma will hold a  REGULAR MEETING ON the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month at 7:00 PM, the place and address of the meeting will be in the Council Chambers in the Town Hall Building, Main & Hargrove, in Velma, Oklahoma.
